"I contacted Aire Serv Over the Mountain from all the great reviews I read from Angielist . I call and made an appointment with Heather and she said she will call me back to see when the service tech could be out, she call me back immediately (within a minute) and said he can be out there either tonight after six or in the morning around 9:00, I told her in the morning was fine. Sure enough the Service tech Matthew call and said he was on his way out and was there at the schedule time. He was very professional, extremely nice and well groomed. He walk me through step by step what he was doing and what was going on with my heat pump and broke down to me in a way that I understood how it should be properly working. He gave me his best suggestion on what I should do in order to get my power bill back down to a normal cost, he wasn't a pushy seller at all. So I decide to get my entire unit replace because it was old and was their since the house was built. Matthew had the installation guys out there First thing Monday morning. The installation guys Justin and Josh was also nice and professional they went to work immediately and when they got done they showed me how to work the new thermostat and cleaned up everything after they were done.
