"Mr Stewart from Coleson Plumbing provided excellent service. He came to my house within an hour after my call, even though it was the end of his workday. He checked all the possibilities for water leaking from my hot water heater, and noted an additional problem with the water gauge, as well as, the water heater had been incorrectly installed. "We had a problem but they fixed it. In the end, it was okay. There was an additional cost of $200. They came when they said they would. The first person they sent out was not very well trained/ qualified or equipped. After he made a mistake that caused the bad leak, they came over and did the repair and took care of things from that point forward. The first person that came wasn't very professional or skilled in what he was doing. The work that they did only took about an hour and yet I was still charged for both labor and over charged for some parts. I was a learning experience for me. Once we had some damage, the owner of the company himself came out and did the plumbing repairs pretty quickly."
