"Steve Parker of Duramax responded quickly to our concerns about a roof leak, arriving at our house only two hours after I called him. He made necessary repairs around a fireplace vent in less than an hour. A company I contacted earlier had sent a representative who didn't even go up on the roof but asked me to call him Friday after the next time it rained. After seeing the photos Steve took, I'm sure the roof would have leaked again had I waited. Steve was courteous and professional, and understanding about our concerns. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to friends."

"Before the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment."

"<p>I contacted Ed to repair shingles blown off my fourteen year old roof.  I asked him to inspect the roof for other damage and overall condition.  The roof was quite worn, but not damaged to the level for an insurance claim.  While repairing the roof, he took the initiative to paint the rusted furnace vent pipe.  I asked him to give me an estimate to replace the roof and gutters.  I agreed to the terms for the project.  He delivered the materials later that day and the crew installed the roof the next day and the gutters were installed the following week.  I went with Ed?s color recommendations and am very pleased with the results.  It is a major improvement to our property.   Ed and both of his crews were punctual, professional, courteous and meticulous in their cleanup.  A roof may be the largest investment you ever make in your home and Ed Holmes will give you a result that you will be proud of.  I would recommend him without hesitation.  I intend to utilize his services for additional home improvement projects.</p> <br />"

"<p>I was really happy with the time they took right off the bat with the insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster included all storm damage.  The adjusters job is not really in the best interest of the home owner so having a roofing expert on hand to make sure nothing was missed was very, very helpful.  There was a storm the day of the scheduled install.  I really appreciated that they did not try to force the roof installation that day in between the rain.  It was in my best interest to wait a day for the installation and they completely understood.  The installation process was very smooth.  The installers were very friendly and professional.  The work took roughly a day and half, they gave me regular updates on how things were going.  My old roof was around 30 years old.  I was concerned that there might be damage to the wood decking due to age.  They identified some spots that needed to be replaced and did so.  </p> <p>I know they are doing their job but at the same time I felt like they treated my house like they were fixing their own house.  I don't think they cut any corners.  He indicated his goal was to make each customer happy.  They reached that goal.  Thanks</p>"

"Mr. Robert Helm was out last August (2014) for an estimate and to meet with my insurance adjuster, but we had a baby in September and the repair job fell off our radar until this Spring (after I noticed a few more shingles blown off in our yard). The repair costs were less than our deductible, so it would be out of pocket. After reconnecting in Spring, he returned my call promptly and was able to schedule the work to within a couple days of my requested window. Robert is a super nice guy and easy to work with. Very accommodating and extremely honest. After the job, he calculated actual material costs and time spent and it came out to be less than the original estimate! He took great care in matching the shingle and the work looks great. No damage to anything and NO MESS. Also, I was appreciative that he didn't call CPS on us after seeing the "cage" with a kid's chair in it that my daughter uses as her pretend jail on her playground. LOL. Excellent experience all around and I'll definitely use him for future work. I've already recommended him to others. A big thanks to Mr. Helm for another great service experience from Angie's List!"
