They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. I ended up going with another company who fixed my issue by replacing a part."

Gave them a tough one: Pull a crappy walk-in Tub Thing, install a Real tub/shower, zap out five layers of cheap linoleum flooring, put in a new vanity/sink, and replace the window that Tub Thing covered/destroyed when it was installed ages ago. Degree of Difficulty - 1955 not remotely current code dwelling. Not surprisingly, the house hit the Superior Team with several curve balls during the project. They didn't blink (Jason may have sighed once or twice!), they pulled off the work with minimal disruption despite this being the only bath in the home, and the result is like night and day. Highly recommended."

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

I got all the documents needed and sent them over and RWS underpaid my estimate by $7K. Have estimates of over $9K and they sent me a check for $2,144. I live in a very expensive area, you cannot just assume everything costs the same in every area of the country. Oh, and you will waste WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to get an answer, a response, or some type of resolution. Meanwhile, you are paying them to help you with things like this only to receive less than a third of the cost of what you PAID someone to do. It's not worth it.
