"Overall, the repair specialist was friendly and communicated very well. After diagnosing my refrigerator (French Door w/ a Door Alarm that would not turn off) and order parts for the repair, the fridge still does not work. I paid for the service call ($75), parts ($56), and labor ($35) - totaling approximately $167. I was informed that the refrigerator is unrepairable. Unfortunately, I do not know what the protocol is in the service industry when you are unable to fix a problem, and you still charge the full amount. I would assume some kind of discount should be provided."

The first day's work included installing the StoreWall panels, prepping the floor, and applying the first coat of epoxy. An additional coat was applied each of the next two days.
