"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. Thank you"

"Randy was awesome!! He communicated well upon arrival and answered all of my questions. He displayed excellent customer service and completed my project in an exemplary manor. Thanks to Randy with Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing, my sump pump has been rerouted and I no longer will have an issue with water pooling in my backyard."

"I had gas lines & fireplace repairs done. Very prompt service, & he responded to all phone calls & messages. Work was great & explained completely before he started"

"They cam out within hrs of my call. They got the parts and returned to complete the job! So relieved to have my sump pump working!!"

"EXCELLENT experience!!! The crews worked five days to accomplish this work. It was hard, dirty work and we never heard a complaint at any time. The men were always courteous, respectful and treated us like family. They truly exceeded all our expectations...even showed up with some rocks to fill a pothole in our unpaved driveway--now that was extraordinary! They receive our highest accolades. We would love to recommend them to others!

"J&S have great work ethics. Polite, knowledgeable and likes to discuss options with clients . They are. Efficient and work hard to get to the root of issue/issues. We will certainly call on again should issue arises. We also recommend them, if you want quality work, you'll call as well. They are quick to return calls or texts any day of week."

"These guys did a great job. I had a drainage issue and they came up with a clever system to get my downspouts (and neighbors downspout) to run all the water away from both of our houses. I’d highly recommend using these guys. They got my job completed within a couple days of approval and they were out there working til 6 pm on a Saturday. Hard to find guys who work this hard now a days"
