"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. "   I contacted Lopco Contracting because they had a lot of good reviews on Angie's list and I needed some exterior painting done quickly (it's a long story). They were very responsive from the first - worked with me on getting what I needed done within a reasonable cost, kept contact throughout so I knew what was going on, and did a professional and flawless job. Their crew was polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They also followed up with requests I made for additional paperwork to satisfy my lender (a condition of the loan was that peeling paint be repaired within 30 days). I graded them 'B' for the price because I believe I could have had it done cheaper - but certainly not better, and certainly not within the time constraints I gave them.

I could not have asked for a better company for the job. Everything was protected during the process and all debris was removed in a dumpster they provided. I have gone through a winter with snow and rain thus far and have noticed no apparent problems. My roof looks fantastic! They were on the job with all permits and are very courteous dealing with everyone involved."
