"Very pleased with the work Richard and his crew did. Richard went above and beyond to match the existing shingle and brought over several samples. Richard did an excellent job of explaining all work to be performed and followed through. Everything that he said happened. No unexpected costs and we paid what he quoted us. Highly recommend R&R for roof replacement!"

"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"We are so grateful for CT Roofing's rapid response to the call about our roof damage during the last storm, and the quick and excellent repairs they made. They are so professional and pleasant in their dealings!"

"Exact Exteriors is exactly who you need! The work done is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The owners are wonderful and they worked with me through all my plan changes and helped me decided on the right materials and colors, they were present before during and after the work was done to ensure everything was perfect, honestly above and beyond and I couldn't ask for more! Thank you!"

"I own some rental property that I don't live in and I contacted Rich to come out because the roof on a small addition was leaking. He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."

"This has to be the best contractor I have ever worked with. Professional. Thorough. Neat. Available. Impeccable results.
I contacted Lopco in mid-June and had a couple of visits with Mike (VP of Sales). Mike took lots of pictures. He followed up with an estimate a few days later, and came out for a second visit to wrap things up. One third of the total payment was taken. Mike supplied me with his cell number, and when I had questions about a starting date he immediately connected me with Tom (president and owner).
Tom was always available by cell phone. I texted him several times and he always got back to me. Tom stopped by several times and even rang the doorbell just to talk and ask me how I thought things were going. The job was done in three phases; power washing, repair and prep work, and staining. Just as I was told, workers would return every day to complete each phase before moving on to their next job.
The prep work was excellent. Workers sanded, sealed minor cracks, replaced damaged clapboard and shingles, and repaired a window with heavy water damage. They replaced a wooden panel below a deck door with a composite material to prevent further damage. They removed an ant nest and even called a pest control company on my behalf.
Second payment was done at the end of the repair work, and the last payment was taken at job completion. The workers that stained the house were particular to the end. They covered bushes, decks, and the driveway. There wasn't a drop or spill anywhere to be found. Paul (production manager) asked me to approve colors after small samples were applied. As it turned out the trim color was a bit too light, so they immediately changed it for a darker color after getting my approval.
All the workers were approachable and easy to talk to. They showed up on time every day, and completely cleaned up each evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lopco to anyone, and I would definitely use them again myself.

"Excellent. The crew arrived early, and began the work. The entire job was completed in one day. The roof was completely stripped and replaced with new shingles. I could not have asked for a better company for the job. Everything was protected during the process and all debris was removed in a dumpster they provided. I have gone through a winter with snow and rain thus far and have noticed no apparent problems. My roof looks fantastic! They were on the job with all permits and are very courteous dealing with everyone involved."

"The experience with Power doing my roof has been great. As a new homeowner, the thorough presentation was very much appreciated. Knowing I don’t have to do the roof again while I own this house is complete peace of mind."
