"..We contacted Mike by phone and told him what we needed done. He set a time the following day to come and look at the job and to give us a price. He arrived at the exact time he gave us and gave us a what we considered a extremely fair price to do the job. He called us the next day with the day  and time he could come and do the work. Again, he arrived at the exact time and began replacing the base boards in three rooms that had been damaged by termites. He worked around three rooms that were full of heavy furniture and TV stands like they were not even in the rooms. After removing the old boards he cleaned the carpet like new. While removing one board he had to remove a telephone jack. While removing it, the wiring came loose and the phone signal was lost. The thought of having to have Time Warner come out entered my mind. Oh goodie!!  No problem, Mike rewired the jack, working good as new. As we get older, it is a very comforting thought that people like Mike are out there. His phone number is in our contact book.
