He took note and on the day of the job he left the truck on the street and used manual labor and small machinery to lug everything back to the street. He probably saved me thousands of dollars from avoiding asphalt damage. Beyond this, during execution of the job, Samuel was easy to work with and answered all my questions to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. "The tree was removed but the experience was not pleasant. On the day before the tree removal, the USAF person said if I wanted them to take away the debris, they would charge more. If they left them along the curb, there would be no extra charge. So I asked them to leave the debris along the curb. However, township refused to collect the debris because the trunk diameter is bigger than 6". I then contacted USAF, asking them why they didn't cut the trunk into smaller ones. The same USAF person said, "sorry, we can't change the diameter of the tree". While I didn't know the township regulation, I assumed they as professionals should know it. If township doesn't collect the debris, why leave them there? In sum, my experience w/ USAF is that other than money, they have very low (if any) interest in customer experience. I am giving them a D because of their poor customer service."
