"I would not order anything from Roc Construction LLC. Their work may be of higher caliber (based on reviews likely not) however, if you are seeking quality product delivery Roc Construction LLC IS NOT where you want to order. Received product saturated with earth & fill that was supposed to be something else. Justin will refeence all his experience in construction to justify what he sent you is in fact what you ordered. Unfortunately, that may not be the case. You don't need to be a Civil Engineer (I am a licensed Civil Engineer) to realize you have been given something you didn't order. One Pro is their responsiveness. You will get "a" product in timely fashion however, in my experience, it will not be what you ordered. I recommend ordering from a reputable company with stronger reviews. Please don't lose thousands of dollars like I did."

"I hired Warren for yard cleanup and we agreed on a price of $1,500 to remove all the leaves and remove the tree branches i cut in my backyard. However, after starting the job, Warren claimed there was more work than expected and asked for additional payment. This was disappointing, as we had already agreed on the scope and the price. If the job was underestimated, that should not be my responsibility. Furthermore, instead of removing the leaves as discussed, they were just mulched and left in the yard — which was not what we agreed upon.
