They were professional, everyone from the salesman, to the office staff, to the three men who removed our old roof and installed the new one. They did not disturb our landscaping and they cleaned the area every evening when they left. It was surprising quiet. Their nifty Equipter machinery carried the old shingles to the dumpster in our driveway. Even the dumpster was not obnoxiously large. "A three person team came out on time. They were hard working and quite brave to get up on a wintery roof in Minnesota to remove snow and chip and steam ice dams away. They were careful not to damage anything and left no mess behind. All in all, a very impressive work crew. I chose Doug's based on Angie's List reviews. Another company on the List with strong reviews charges $125/hour more than Doug's and has a three hour minimum whereas Doug has two. Thus, Doug proved to be an excellent choice in my opinion."

The scope of work was very detailed to include photos. He also made sure that new aluminum facia would match my existing facia.
