Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. "This is a follow up from work done 2 years ago. Roof/gutters still great and siding ok. However the metal that was installed over the soffit in several areas is pulling away and one piece blew off in the wind. After looking close at several areas on a tall ladder I found many nails not pounded into the wood soffit hence the reason many areas were pulling away. Walker did come out and repair several areas recently after I called so that was good. Hopefully all else holds up for at least what should be the expected lifetime but I have my doubts at least on the soffits. Look closely at photos submitted to see what is happening."
