"Scott and his crew are the BEST to work with! Initially we were just going to have some bushes taken out, the beds cleaned up, and some sod replaced. As the job began, we decided to make a couple changes, and then a couple more, and then still a couple more until the job was nothing like we initially asked for. We ended up having Flagstone borders around most of our beds, the deck torn off and a paver patio installed in its place, several bushes taken out and replaced with nicer ones, and most of the yard re-sodded. "Baron Harvin is an excellent brick mason. The lower half of the brick veneer between my garage doors was partially torn away when my cement driveway was removed. I kept the top part of the veneer supported by wood until I could find someone willing to make a repair. Mr. Harvin had no problem accepting the job. The work he did was outstanding. Not only did he seamlessly restore the lower half of the brick veneer at this part of the wall, he salvaged some of the original brick that was pull off the wall and mixed it with new brick that was a close match. He also matched the color of the new mortar with the color of the original mortar. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He also repointed the brick stairs to my front door. Mortar had broken away from some bricks and was being washed away from the remainder. Tile at the top of the stairs was also coming loose, decades after original installation. Mr. Harvin did an outstanding restoration of those steps."

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."
