"<strong>The father came out and  was very professional.He also held the ladder and helped me get up and down off the roof and was right there on it the whole time.He even told me when to stop as i was getting to close  to stepping off the roof. <br />     He installed a few openings to the attic and foamed around the area by the ac work that would help stop intrusion of unwanted pests/rodents. "The house that I live in use to be my rental so alot of the maintenance that was done was hired by my property management.I had a kitchen sinc garbage disposal and associated parts that were in really bad shape due to old age and somewhat shabby previous work related issues. My first experience with Bravo Services was beyond my expectations. I contacted Brian in desperate need for a good repair job and I got all that and much more. My first communication was via email and I received a quick response and scheduled date for a quote on pricing and fixing my old tired rusty kitchen sink. On December 29, 2015 Brian showed up exactly on time and gave me a fair price for the job at hand. He arrived at my house with all the tools needed to complete the task, was very polite and proffesional. After recommending suggestions on style and design of new kitchen sink he went out and got the new sink, disposal and replacement parts and started the task. After what seemed like a few minutes I saw my old sink headed out the door in hand to a destination unknown. He installed my new kitchen sink , disposal and all plumbing , which I am very happy with . He completed all tasks in a timely manner and I was much appreciated by his knowledge in regards to specific repairs in mind for my other rental property. He vacuumed up after he finished and left no trace of his presence other than his business card; which I will use in the near future.
