"They left the pipe loose or they never did put the screws back in after they cleaned it. I don't know what really happened, but I know the pipe came off the top of the boiler and the fumes were coming in. They did a good job cleaning it, they just didn't finish the job properly. They could probably provide better training for their service people. It might have been a new guy, I don't know. They could have a checklist of things they should do. They were very polite and they did do a good job cleaning it, it's just that they left that off. It wasn't the best price, but it was within. You have to call them a couple of times.
