"I first called Doug when my local plumber had an injury and recommended look in a neighboring town for another repair plumber. I called several different plumbing offices and only one had the courtesy to call me back within the hour. Doug was able to come out that evening and clear my septic drain with no issues whatsoever. After testing the lines and all the work was done, he walked me through the work completed and addressed any concerns and asked if there was anything else I might need or have concerns about.
