"Everything went as planned, the whole job took about one and one-half days. In addition to the new heater and A/C units, a new insulated tube, venting into the dining room, was added in the attic as was an additional roof vent. A new wood floor was made for the heater and the A/C unit was set up on a special concrete-like pad to comply with City code. Alejandro suggested stamping the concrete and coloring it to look like stone. It looks great, just like the picture we picked out of one of his catalogs. Alejandro is great to work with. He even poured a pad for our trash cans as a bonus because there was some extra concrete and stamped and colored it to look like stone, too."
