We talked and he made several suggestions and we agreed upon a price, which beat other estimates that I had gotten. If a problem arose, we would talk about it and come to a solution. Him and his crew were very meticulous and efficient during the whole project. They were very professional, had great communication, and very nice people. The cleanup was fantastic, I didn't have to clean up anything after they left. Again, I would highly recommend them for your project. "Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work.
