My only issue has been communication. I leave voicemails that may or may not get answered with a call back. Chris may then show up without an appointment and try to do what is needed without talking to me, leaving a note, or leaving a voice mail. For my last inquiry, after my second voicemail, I got a voicemail response from a nice lady that said he had been here and did not see the issue. So is not that he isn't making the effort to do the requested work. Rather he does not tell me so I usually have no idea if he got the message, if/when he is planning to come.
