I got approval from hoa and tim and i discussed the senate bill 1588. Hoa wasntnhappy with fence but they mistakenly approved it. After the fence was done code enforcement contacted me stated it wasnt up to code and has to come down. They say it has to be see through. And has to be setback 5 feet from sidewalk. I had no idea. I assumed since he does fences all 9ver montgomery county and he said he did fences in other hoas that he dis his research. He did not. Im fighting city now and inwill likely use. Why should i have to pay for fence that was illegal."
