While his crews were busy in other parts of the city, Mike personally stopped by within 20 minutes of the call and located the buried water supply value to the whole sprinkler system (that no one knew anything about!) and shut it off, so we could get turn the house supply water back on and take our showers. He is sending his crew within the next 24 hours to replace the leaking PVC pipe supplying the sprinkler system. I was extremely impressed by Mike's customer orientation and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to get me up and running! "It is a very smooth process working with Pagel Landscaping. I hried them to add the drainage system along two side of our house and also provide minimum landscape design at the entry to the backyard. They have a very reasonable price and work very efficient. The work is done very nicely. Nick has the patience to work with us to choose the gravel colors and the plants. The only thing I am not too satisfy is the pavers they put in is a little bit too high than normally should ( only 1" away from the bottom of our siding). It maybe we have a big tree roots under that area. But I expect that they can dig the dirt out more."

They came back to retrench line and install a larger drain at driveway. Still waiting for another rainstorm and hopefully there should be no problems.
