"Once he got started, he diligently worked a few hours cleaning a couch, chair and three large rugs. Came out looking great. Cleaned up after. The only drawback was they were an hour late, with no notice. I had to call 20 minutes into the scheduled appointment time."

"Cleaning was very well done."

"With the $100 girft card, they entire system was less than $100 for many motion detectors, and window alarms. The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."

"Good service. They even did some art work on the windows. They have do some good work for us several times."

"Went well. Took 2 1/2 days to get tech out, during freezing temps, but everyone was busy with the cold snap. Tech was on time, for the window we were given. Very professional and helpful!"

"Sam was such a help. I recently moved and did not know anything about how to use, maintain or see if my fireplace was safe. My ex always took care of that, and I am relearning how to do things on my own. Sam had NO issue walking me through every step of his process. On his camera scan, he showed me exactly what they would look for in case of a flue fire, or any buildup. He was also honest with my on the condition! Once we got the repairs needed, he took the time to walk me through how to use it, and gave me tips for a successful fire! Hearthside is my go to, and I am so happy to be on the annual service list!"
