Said concrete would pour at 630 am and the team starting showing up before 6 am to greet the concrete trucks that did arrive at 630 am. Leveling , brushing and special stamping completed before the heat of the summer day. Job site left clean as well as washing down the street to assure a clean looking neighborhood. Have watched similar neighborhood contractors and they set the standard for meeting expectations. Book your job early as their schedule gets full."

"I had a concrete contractor lined up to do the work since last fall. Despite persistent phone call this spring - he bailed out on me, Once load restrictions were off all concrete contractors were very busy with long lead times. I was up against a time constraint to get a Certificate of Occupancy. 3030 was busy too but Todd came out put a proposal together and "worked me into there schedule". He kept me informed and they arrived when they promised and completed the work in a professional manner. I am happy with the quality of work done and would recommend them to anyone asking."

"I was in the process of selling my home - during the truth-in-housing inspection, it was brought to my attention that my front step was too high. The sidewalk in front of the step had sunk over time. I found this company on Angie's List and had them come out and raise the step for me. I contacted them over their email address. They were not as responsive from that method as I would have hoped they would be. It took about two weeks for them to come out to look at the sidewalk and then another two weeks to complete the work. They did a good job and the work was completed quickly once they got here. However, the workers were gruff and not as courteous as the person who originally quoted the order to me. As soon as they completed the job, it started to rain. They were just about to pull away when one of the workers came back to and told me to put Styrofoam cups over the new concrete patches if it rained any harder. It was my judgment call at that point - that should have been their job."

"Company was very easy to work with. They gave me a bid and explained what needed to be done and what schedule would be. They were very professional. They came when they promised and completed the work on time (even in the 95 degree heat). They left great instructions regarding when I could drive on it and what I should and should not do while garage floor and driveway cure. I would absolutely hire them again. They may not be the cheapest, but they certainly provide value for what you get."

"Project went well but communication was poor. Called when couldn't come on schedule due to rain delays in July and asked for later date. We said that was fine but had to call back on later date range as we had not heard from contractor. Date set and they arrived as promised. Had several different crew people and were not updated as changes occurred. First night something fell on roof and we asked the new person to check on it. Whenever heard back. They forgot added brick but came back next day and did it before removing scaffolding. They left without telling us they were done. I caught one to thank him as he was leaving and he told me they replaced 2 bricks instead of one. When I looked i saw both bricks as they were crooked. Overall project looks nice and brick and mortar match well."
