"The demolition went well and the concrete apron went well. Both crews were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the asphalt crew was another issue...simply put, the driveway, which is 3 cars wide, is not smooth and the crew was not friendly and smoked in my garage! I now have an asphalt driveway (for 2 years) that is wavy! I explained this issue to Aurora and I got the impression that they didn't care!!"

"The price was great and dealing with Dale was easy. Everything looks good. They gave us a 3 year guarantee - so we will see. Since they kept to the estimate, showed up when they said they would - (had to reschedule 1 time due to a soaking rains on the first day setup), and cleaned up after themselves. "Randy came out to quote us for cement apron and asphalt driveway giving an idea of how much our neighbor's portion of the shared entry was.  He listened to our concerns regarding drainage and presented reasonable solutions.  Unfortunately, it was a bit out of our price range and something we wouldn't benefit from since we were selling our house.  He gave us the option of just replacing our apron, sidewalk, and step.  Based on how much the original concrete sunk, we found out we really only needed one step to get into the front door instead of 2.  The guys came to do the work and got it all done in one day.  They did a great job and While out checking on the guys, Randy pitched in and swung the 20 lb sledge hammer with the young ones.  A team effort where you can see how much pride Randy and crew has for each job.  Thank you and see you at our next house!

"The overall process was very smooth. Lowell is extremely knowledgeable and started with a very informative estimate of all the possibilities he was considering for the project. He has a substantial portfolio of past work to view as well. The timeline was accurate and he was updating us every step of the way if something changed. We happened to be out of town the week of the project but communication was never an issue. The final product was amazing. Everything he outlined for us to expect and see from the finished product was true. The one critique I have is that we were unaware of some of the landscaping issues with the surrounding sod that we now have to fix to make level with the new driveway. It would have been nice to know how much he would have to dig down and change the look of everything surrounding the driveway/walkway"
