"Mike and his associate, Andy, arrived on time and explained the process of the cleaning. Mike took before and after pictures, which showed us the extreme difference - we definitely got more than our monies worth! They were personable, professional and very affordable. Mike pointed out that we had a busted dryer vent that was causing some of the dryer lint to come into our home. We asked if he could repair it and he was able to do that. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and we are totally enjoying the clean, fresh air whenever the furnace kicks in. We would hire Integrity Furnace again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends."

"The work was fine. However, after they left, I felt like an idiot for allowing them to push me into buying other-related services that resulted in the price more than doubling from the estimate. I knew that $99 was low for duct cleaning, so I talked about what other charges there might be & added dryer vent cleaning and furnace cleaning making the estimate $199. The technician suggested cleaning the air conditioner compressor outside, the water heater & some part of the furnace not already covered. I agreed to these extra services & expected to pay for them. However, I don't know why there was more to the furnace than that for which I already agreed to pay. And, I consider the amount charged for these services to be way out of line. I was an idiot for agreeing, but I don't like having been put in that position and I think they saw a sucker & took advantage of her. I'd prefer to know about other potential up-selling when I am making the appointment. If that doesn't matter to you, their work seemed fine."

"What was supposed to be an easy dryer duct cleanout turned into a dryer pipe repair in my scorching hot attic, and THEN removal of 21 years worth of dryer lint in my ducts. Johnny didn’t blink an eye and refused to leave until he had repaired the pipe in the attic, filled an entire trash bag with dryer lint, and then installed a brand new duct and adapter to my dryer. Our error codes are a thing of the past and the work was WAY more affordable than the commercial outfits like ARS or Abacus. "Philip spent about two hours at our house, thoroughly cleaning through each of the vent openings: even a floor vent that was partially obstructed and one about 20 feet above the floor in our living room with a vaulted ceiling . Not only did he climb a ladder to clean through the high vent, but he asked me for touch up paint to repair an area damaged when he removed the vent cover. In my book, that is going above and beyond the call of duty. It is rare to see that sort of conscientiousness, in my experience. And, incidentally, he left no messes behind. Philip said that the vents were very dirty and probably hadn't been cleaned for many years. Whether the source of our problem was among what he sucked out remains to be seen, although I can report that I have seen no flies since he left. Having vents cleaned is something you do not often think about in general maintenance of a house, but I am now convinced should be part of my regular care for our home. And when I think a good cleaning is needed again, I will call Philip. I'm keeping his card in a safe place."
