"Jeff came out to look into replacing my original in ground dog fence. He walked the property and let me know what he thought we should do and he explained everything very clearly. He installed the new heavy duty in ground dog fence, and set up new electronics in my garage. Everything went smooth. I would highly recommend Dog Guard to anyone."

"Unbelievable. Always responsive even after install. Walked me through every step of the way from choosing the proper set-up for my pup through the end of training. Great team that was so nice especially with our special girl."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience. We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors. Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there. She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional. Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got. Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient. The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done. We couldn't be happier with it.
I really recommend Artistic Fence.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water. I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"We compared the various styles of "invisible" dog fences, and felt that DogWatch was the best quality and the one that made the most sense long-term. 16 years later, we're still extremely happy with it.
Guy got the installation done very quickly and with a minimum of noise and mess. He also spent time in-person, on the phone, and via email to make sure the training was going well. Over the years, the fence has been broken several times, and we've had dead batteries and one collar that died, and Guy has helped us consistently with repairs and replacements.
One of the best things about Guy is that he responds very quickly, even for minor questions/concerns, and often will help over the phone or via email so that he doesn't need to charge you for a visit.
The last repair we had made was on a section of the yard that was scheduled for landscaping, and at our request, Guy left that section of the fence above-ground and marked with flags. He was so quick and quiet that I didn't even know the fence had been repaired that day until I saw it!
Guy is also very honest - he provided a new collar when the old collar was discontinued, and he has pointed us to sources for new batteries, rather than insisting we buy from him.
The fence has now lasted through four different dogs!
"

"Loved the fence when they had finished installing it, but after 5 years, one post rotted out. Two years later three more posts were totally rotted. A WARNING ABOUT THIS COMPANY: Make sure someone is home to make sure the post installers properly install the posts. On the posts that have failed, installers put the post directly on the soil. One post had a whole side that had no cement. I had the owner come out and look at the situation. Because of their 5 year guarantee, they will do nothing. He told me that basically "it's just normal fence maintenance to replace the posts every 5-7 years". I KNOW from talking to neighbors and other fence installers this isn't how long a cedar fence post should last. AGAIN - watch the workers carefully or they will cut corners and you'll be constantly replacing the posts (as I will have to do)."

"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone! He is a very hard and conscientious worker.
"

"This contact went very well. I first asked for a quote from their web page. Salesman called back within 24 hours to set a meet time at the house. After discussing what the invisible fence is and how it works, he went over the different packages available. After a couple weeks of debate, we went with the Top Dog package. After setting up a installation date and time, he showed up on time and went over the installation details. Installation went quick and problem free. He then explained what he had done and what the system comprised of. I then was contacted by the trainer to set up training times. She was very flexible and asked if it was possible to be flexible and work with her to help coordinate training with other appointments near-by. When she showed up she introduced herself and explained what she was doing and what we had to do in between appointments.
"
