Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. "The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
