"I hired Woodbrook to repaint my home and repair, seal and stain my deck. I should mention I interviewed 4 different companies I selected after extensive checking online for the best companies in the Plymouth area. From start to finish the company performed extremely well in every aspect of the process. Ryan, the company contact who came out to review and estimate the job, took the time to really look at the details of what was needed. For example, we had some discussion around the best way to paint around the gutters, after which we agreed they would wrap the gutters to keep paint off of them. The company provided a long list of references, of which I actually called 6 and discussed their experiences with the company. All gave glowing reports, and from their comments I could tell they were not plants for the company. Ryan and the crew were always on time and very businesslike. The painting crew chief had 14 years of experience with the company and it showed. They power cleaned the house one day, and did the painting, deck repair, and staining/sealing in two. There were no surprises with additional charges. The estimate was exactly what I paid. I do not enjoy dealing with the skilled trades because so many are less than great, and sometimes worse. Woodbrook is a refreshing difference from those kinds of service providers."

My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. We have young kids and asked to have all of the edges rounded to avoid sharp corners. He did a wonderful job on this project, so we also decided to have him complete our front porch renovation ( custom posts, railing, staining, shutters, etc). We are very happy with the results. "Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."
