Our Cleaning Services - What Can You Expect of Our Cleaning Services?\n\nAlthough regular vacuuming can remove dry soil and debris from your carpeting, it leaves behind oily soils and particles that are produced from cooking vapors, pets, and dirt tracked in from outside the home.\n\nThese oily contaminants that are left behind can cause your carpet to dull and fade. As the contaminants build up they become more difficult to remove. Regular deep cleaning of the carpet can prevent the excessive build up of contaminants and keep your carpets looking fresh and clean.\n\nRegular cleaning of your carpets also helps improve the air quality in your home by removing pet hair, dust mites, and other allergens that thrive deep in the carpet.\n\nWhat can you do to prepare for your carpet cleaning:\n\nMove small items and breakables from the area to be cleaned.\nGet ready to be amazed by the Rotovac.\nWhat you can expect your cleaning technician to do:\n\nPre-inspection: We will evaluate your carpet's needs. Every carpet must be treated differently. We will decide what will be the best method for cleaning your carpet. You will know up front what we can and can't do. This way there are no surprises.\n\nMoving Furniture: When necessary we will move and replace small furniture in its original position.\n\nPre-treatment: We treat spots and stains as necessary and apply a cleaning solution to the entire carpet.\n\nCleaning: We use our state-of-the-art Rotovac equipment for a fast and thorough deep cleaning of your carpet.\n\nPost-inspection: Once the project is completed, we re-inspect the carpet with you to ensure that all the work was done to your satisfaction.\n\nProtect & Groom: When necessary we will place blocks or foil under furniture legs to protect them during the drying process and groom the carpet for a clean inviting look.\n\nWhat you should do after the carpet cleaning: \nTo decrease drying time try to keep the room temperature about 72 degrees and use fans to circulate the air around the cleaned carpet.High Temperature Carpet Cleaning is a family owned service that has been established for over 6 years. \nCleaning of Carpets and tile is done with a High Pressure, High Temperature Rotoary System.\n We use non-toxic pre-treatment cleaners that are save for kids and pets.

"Our experience with Cabinets Direct, and the salesman Frank at the Orange location, was very disappointing. We first met with Frank in late July, but our order wasn't actually placed until late August. When we asked about the delays in getting the cabinets ordered, Franks response was that new customers were coming in and he "couldn't turn down work" - at the expense of existing customers like us. We did not receive the last of our cabinets until mid-November, four months after initial contact. Since replacing cabinets was only one part of our renovation, this had a domino effect that resulted is us living in an unfinished house with no way to prepare food for weeks. Even after the cabinets finally came, there have been issues. Frank ordered the wrong color trim for the top of the cabinets, so it took another two weeks for replacement parts to arrive. Our microwave, which we gave him the dimensions of in advance, didn’t fit in the space provided, so we had to buy a different (smaller and less powerful) one. Finally, our dishwasher hits the handle over our stove when we open it all the way. In the interest of full disclosure, the national customer service reps for Cabinets Direct that we worked with after the order was in were very friendly and helpful during the long process. However, given the very high price-point for these cabinets, being told our order was being delayed so Frank could talk to new customers before finishing our order and thereby delaying our cabinets is unacceptable. Our entire renovation was significantly delayed as a result, and without a functioning kitchen we had no option other than to eat out for every meal, for weeks. We would not recommend this salesman, or company. We don’t expect the royal treatment, but these were expensive cabinets and we at least expected basic competence, and we did not get that."

FAQs for tile: ceramic and porcelain installation projects in Howell, NJ

Tilers typically charge by the square foot or set an hourly rate for their services. Tipping isn’t standard. If you are pleased with their work, write a good review or recommend their services to friends and family.

As a general rule, tile pros limit their services to the actual installation. If you have a problem once the job is done, you may need to call the tiler for warranty service. Otherwise, you’ll want to ask a different company for an estimate on tile repair, maintenance and removal.
