The owners came out first to assess the project and then sent the crew back a few hours later and they were able to take care of my sink clog pretty quickly. This company is one I would highly recommend and I will use them again should I be in need of plumbing services. Another company wanted to charge us almost double to do the work. "Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. We later went to use the garbage disposal and it wouldn?t turn on. Not a big deal so I called back to schedule a ?recall? appointment. They left a time window that was in the evening. On the day of, I hear nothing from them. I had to call and was told everything was okay and that I was next on the list. Waited, no word again. Called them back and was told that they don?t do ?recalls? in my area on the weekend or after hours so the message didn?t get to the right person. They scheduled another appointment to make an exception in my case and scheduled during the week, but after hours. Fine. When the day came, same thing. Nobody called, no message to confirm. I called again. This time a manager finally came to the phone and basically said the same thing. So they rescheduled me again. At that point I was done, so I cancelled later. "
