First the service was delayed a couple of times which wasn't that bad but on the day of service I arrived home from work and found the crew but not the owner and there was not one person on site that spoke English. I had to ask my neighbor to translate to them for me. They had most of the roof done but had not installed the roof vents that were ordered. There was some fascia siding removed from a 2nd story dormer and not replaced. I called the owner and he said they had not done this, but that it was already like that. I'm pretty sure as many times as I've been on that roof and called other roofing companies for repair work that this big of a hole would have been noticed. "Everything went well. They got our input along the way with details such as whether we wanted to grout the tile and what color. There were special limitations on what tile we could use in our sunroom and they made sure the instruct us on what we needed to get. They were very precise and professional when laying the tile to ensure straight lines. The arch in our kitchen looked better after they were done then before it got damaged by water. The trim around our front door is curved with stucco next to it. We were worried the stucco would get damaged but there were not problems and it looked great. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. We've already hired them to do additional work and have recommended them to some friends."
