"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"This may be my 3rd or 4th review, I lost track but the job results don't change. Chris and his staff are consummate professionals. He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait.
