I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Excellent and prompt service. I had a small leak in the freon tube of my central air unit which basically rendered it useless. The repairman arrived on time., and quickly went to work. He explained to me in plain english what the various problems could be and after spending a few hours diagnosing the problem, he found the leak somewhere in the unit itself. He quickly fixed it. "If you are looking for people to repair your foundation, you might be feeling stress and anxiety. I certainly was. I noticed two cracks in my foundation, one vertical and one diagonal. After some expert googling, I was less concerned about the vertical crack but anxious about the diagonal one, which could be the sign of structural issues. I called Tom and he called me back within five minutes. He asked me to send him pictures of the cracks. He immediately called me back to tell me that I should not worry about the diagonal crack as he'd seen much worse in his career, and he thought it probably happened in the first year of the house and that I just needed to monitor it to see if it got worse. as for the vertical crack, he said this is very common - when I told him it was hard to get to from the inside (wedged between the water heater and the furnace), he said that I could just let it be for now as it was no big cause for concern, and to just get it repaired when I had the water heater replaced in a few years. Tom was super professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around ethical guy as I was feeling anxious to repair the foundation to ensure the house doesn't fall down. I didn't expect such a great response."
