"I had an excellent experience with your plumber David Yates in early November of 2025, so I called your office April 29th 2026 to request his services to complete work begun April 2nd with Invoice 157850535 by another of your plumbers, Anthony Greene. May 1st, via Invoice 159573769, David completed the repair and replacement of my Hall bathroom's Tub/Shower handles with installation of Gerber extension kit picked up from Hydrologic; David also picked up new sleeves and after discussions with Bucks staff, cut extensions and chrome sleeves to size, then installed handles and tested; working properly at this time, then installed owner supplied handheld shower and tested; no leaks. I am overjoyed with David's excellent work, professionalism and kind demeanor. I plan to ask for David Yates for all of my The Clean Plumber services in the future. Thank you, Robert Boileau"

"I have used this company for about a year or so on various service-related items but during his last visit to service tankless water heater and install a new shower system (valve and Trim) he was a NO SHOW, NO CALL multiple times. After numerous text and calls without a response, he finally responded with an excuse that he was out of town so I gave him an opportunity to come back and finish these repairs but once again he ignored my text. He didn't even have the decency of telling me that he was not willing or able to finish the job. At one point during this time, he promised that he was going to come to do the job on specific date but he was a NO SHOW, NO CALL even after multiple calls asking for his ETA."

We then called Friend's Plumbing, and they informed us that they could send someone over that night, however it would be around 10:00. They were right, and a young man named William Parker arrived at out door step. He was very professional, pleasant, and considerate of our needs. He was meticulous, skilled, and extremely professional in every area. We would call for him anytime in the future if we have a plumbing need."

"When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking. The company made arrangements and another plumber showed up that afternoon. He did an AMAZING job!! We would definitely us R Carr Plumbing again!!"
