He informed me that our roof has at least 2-5 years left, but that the chimney was in dire need of repair or replacement. I had suspected as much, but never got in the roof to check. He gave me a referral to a masonry company they work closely with and recommended that take priority. The thorough analysis and honesty instantly won me over. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. However upon arrival, Jason from Cousins immediately focused on a detailed plan to correct a couple of problems that he had spotted before I even showed him the leak that has been plaguing us for many years. His experience in the field, learning the business from his grandfather, was evident and his problem solving solutions coincided with information that I had obtained over the years from researching and talking to other professionals. Most of the other venders that I received quotes from were very vague or did not even address solutions for our problem even with my prompting. The Cousins Construction team was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the outcome and that includes the shingle color recommendation they made!"

"Joe and his team were nothing short of gentleman. They quickly built my deck in February in the cold in less than 10 days. It could have been done in 4 if not for the weather. The materials and the quality of the work was there. Joe made sure that it was a quality job and that we were satisfied. They really know what they are doing with Trex products and even made my siding look like new after they left. There was significant work to be done to take down the falling apart wooden deck and install the new one in such short time. I would recommend them to anyone building a deck. "I was really pleased that after he installed the exhaust fan we had a very severe storm and rain came in onto the stove.  The vent bought for the roof needed to be replaced and he came very quickly to do that work the next day, which was on a Sunday.  He was very polite,  responsive and knew what he was doing.  I would say he was great and have recommended his services to others."
