They called in advance, showed up on time, were friendly and careful, and moved our furniture from the upper level down to the lower (for our renovation) quickly and skillfully. They packed things together like a puzzle, and left us a lot of space, so we can still use our lower level during the renovation. We have rehired them to move everything back upstairs. Their scheduling people are top notch! I know, because I trained customer service for years.
