After reviewing all the items, John explained how he worked out the prices that were fair and I accepted. He also provided some information about who could help me appraise some other items that had nothing to do with his business. "We cannot thank Chris and Kelly enough for the repair work on our metal roof. Kelly responds promptly to calls and keep in touch regularly during the process. They are both knowledgable, professional, and care about their customers. They clean up work area after they are done. A company in the past was supposed to be processional but their work was shoddy at best. The price was quite hight for what they did do. At the time we thought they were good but being elderly and on the ground we were unaware of the work done (or not done) on the roof. Chris was up on our roof in less than 5 minuets and he saw where the problems were. He does not BS the customer into purchasing something not really needed to just make some money as the previous company did . We definitely would highly recommend new England metal systems because they guarantee their work. If necessary would call on them again."
