"The brickwork under my front porch was cracking and collapsing. The reason for the collapse was unknown and the contractor and I could only speculate on the cause. The contractor said that he could rebuild the porch using materials of like kind and quality or he could rebuild it using "pavers". I was somewhat skeptical about the pavers, but we ended up going that route and I am glad we did. Not only did we have the porch replaced , but we also had the walk from the porch to the drive replaced in pavers. Sondor and his assistant, Rubin, are knowledgeable and work hard to complete the project. The final product exceeded my expectations and it looks beautiful. At the completion of the work, all debris was removed from the jobsite. I would highly recommend this contractor."

"Went great. We asked for some changes to patio shape and Dan did just as we asked. He used wall pavers that he removed from previous retaining walls to repair and add to a retaining wall behind the garage. The patio travertine is gorgeous and the granite edging was well done. His work was done well, quickly and neatly. Repairs were made to lawn from heavy equipment used and it came in beautifully. He gave us great instructions which we followed 😀. "Our backyard leads to a steep ravine. Most of the flat part of the yard at the top of the ravine was covered by 750 square feet of concrete slab. We wanted to have all of the concrete removed and replaced with a grass lawn, a large natural stone patio, a stone fire pit, a drainage system, trees, planting beds, and small boulders. We got four bids for our project. Virtuoso's bid was not the highest or the lowest, but it was clearly the BEST bid. Their bid included a comprehensive scope of work, a reasonable timeline for completing the project, and a fair price for materials and labor. Rod Costa is a creative and talented landscaper. He worked with us to craft a plan that would include beautiful patio features while also addressing unseen necessities like drainage. His landscape team members are very hard working, very knowledgeable, and very nice people. Equipment and material deliveries were efficient and not disruptive. The street and driveway were hosed down at the end of each work day as needed and all tools and equipment were stowed away. Rod met with us frequently to update us on the project and answer our questions. Virtuoso Landscaping created a stunning backyard for us. The quality of their work is impeccable. They take pride in what they do and it shows. We are having a lot of fun entertaining friends and family on our new patio. "Juan and his crew did a fantastic job! I had an existing patio that another contractor installed just a few years ago that was in need of repair because it was never done properly. Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel. seldom take the time to provide this type of feedback, but the astounding work

and functional extension of our landscaping. What I got was a well designed and
beautifully built masterpiece.  Even in
the bid process, 1st Impressions immediately took the lead over their
competitors. This was the only company that really looked at our existing
structure and outdoor space, and offered us an overall design with features
that incorporated the right pavers, and design elements such as a sitting
wall,  flower beds, and built-in
lighting, that resulted with a strong architectural addition to our home..
The staff was consistent in their approach. We were given
guidance and  provided with options, so
that we got as much help as we needed, but we always were left with a feeling
that we were in charge.  While we were in
the design phase we had the opportunity to benefit from computer modelling,  and  ample
exposure to samples of the material options. Any detail we needed while we were
in the decision making process, was deftly provided by knowledgeable and
engaged personnel.
Once it was time to come off the drawing board, we felt that
the construction process yielded a result that was not only beautiful, but
would be around for a very long time. Our backyard was regarded, solving some
problems we have had for a while. Then came the laying of the limestone, followed
by a full concrete slab, to establish a solid foundation for the Unilock
pavers.  With the structure, thoroughly
supported, the staff laid the pavers. They worked like true artisans Every
miter cut and curve was done with expertise so that no detail was neglected.  It is wonderful to walk around the patio and
see each piece that so carefully cut and laid.
My strong recommendation for this company is not for their benefit.
I hope that other consumers and homeowners will give themselves the opportunity
