"I don't often write reviews, but, I figured this was well worth it. After the 70 MPH gusts a few weeks back, I had lost some shingles. I called five different roofing companies, and no one but David from Pinnacle got back to me. David came out when he said he would, and was the only roofer that came and went up on the roof. He took a ton of pictures, uploaded them, and sent me a detailed estimate and explained every picture and the estimate to me so I could fully understand what was happening. My roof was older, and I knew it needed to be replaced, David confirmed that. He answered every single question professionally, and was lightning fast on his responses. He even helped compare some of my other quotes (I got 4 in total) and just really seemed to want what was best for my home. He didn't talk down about any other company. I will say this, for the 4 quotes I got, Pinnacle was not the most expensive. It was the second cheapest, and they were barely more than what the lowest quote was. Combine that with the incredible customer service, it made spending the small extra seem well worth it. The crew came out when they said they would. They were done within the day, and the entire job was cleaned up and finished by 5:30. The foreman, John, was great to talk to. He explained everything in detail that had to be done, what the scope was once they got the shingles off, and he didn't surprise me with anything out of the ordinary or extra charges. The clean up was fast, and well done, and on top of that, while they were up on the roof they fixed a few pieces of siding that had been knocked loose by the wind. I really can't complain about anything. I'm definitely a pain homeowner, and am very VERY particular. Pinnacle made me feel at ease, and they did a nice job. I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know without question. I see now why they are one of the biggest roofers around the area and why I see their signage on most of the new commercial properties popping up all over Schenectady county."

"JTC first built an excellent side porch/deck to replace unsafe non-functional stairs. Built like a fortress with quality materials. Beautiful Trex Transcend decking. They communicated well and understood our requirements, kept the promised schedule, cleaned up when finished. We were so pleased we decided to have them also build a new front porch, which they completed in short order. John and Dale were a pleasure to work with and we have received numerous compliments on the finished projects. Their prices were not cheap but were fair, and you get what you pay for - top-notch construction done right. We can highly recommend JTC Remodeling, and will call on them for our next project."

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Obtained quotes from 4 other venders. I am sure most would have done a good job installing the roof alone. However upon arrival, Jason from Cousins immediately focused on a detailed plan to correct a couple of problems that he had spotted before I even showed him the leak that has been plaguing us for many years. His experience in the field, learning the business from his grandfather, was evident and his problem solving solutions coincided with information that I had obtained over the years from researching and talking to other professionals. Most of the other venders that I received quotes from were very vague or did not even address solutions for our problem even with my prompting. The Cousins Construction team was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the outcome and that includes the shingle color recommendation they made!"

"Joe and his team were nothing short of gentleman. They quickly built my deck in February in the cold in less than 10 days. It could have been done in 4 if not for the weather. The materials and the quality of the work was there. Joe made sure that it was a quality job and that we were satisfied. They really know what they are doing with Trex products and even made my siding look like new after they left. There was significant work to be done to take down the falling apart wooden deck and install the new one in such short time. I would recommend them to anyone building a deck. Very professional and responsive."

"I was really pleased that after he installed the exhaust fan we had a very severe storm and rain came in onto the stove.  The vent bought for the roof needed to be replaced and he came very quickly to do that work the next day, which was on a Sunday.  He was very polite,  responsive and knew what he was doing.  I would say he was great and have recommended his services to others."
