She reached out to "The Dryer Vent Guy" who sent out a technician named STEVEN. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was neat and clean. He even wore protective shoe booties so my mom's clean floor would not get dirty from the snow. He also sucked up the huge amount of debris he was able to remove from the vent.
