Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. "After our house flooded the entire first floor had to have the tile removed and replaced. John scheduled and oversaw the demo work to have 1400 sqft of tile removed. He then personally handled the leveling and install himself. We had large wood like tiles installed and John did a meticulous job of installing them to look exactly like wood flooring. The tile pattern and work are perfect. Though the work can often be messy, John carefully took care to minimize the dust and kept the site clean and professional the whole time."

"The project ended up being disappointing. My sales person didn't realize that my existing tile might now match up with the new flooring. The solution was to put wooden transitions in that were to high and made the house look broken up. I ended up spending more money to have tile in my kitchen, breakfast nook and hall torn out to eliminate most of the transitions which caused the grout lines not to match up. They came up with a solution, but it's not right and could have been avoided had my sales person not made the initial mistake. I felt like I had to carry the financial burden for his mistake and I'm not at all happy about it."
