"Gabriel was courtieous and helpful to my situation. There was a small amount of rework which Gabriel took care of. I would like to see Gabriel review his work with the customer once he is finished so the customer doesnt have to follow up later for rework. I had to follow up a few times for progress updates which is why I didnt give 5 stars."
