"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Chris came out, listened to our desires and ideas, and drew plans for us. He gave us two bids. One was for a treated pine deck, the other was for the composite Trex. He explained the pros and cons of each. My wife and I wanted something low maintenance, so we went with the Trex. Chis was very helpful with explaining what he was doing throughout the project. He completed this project very close to the projected completion date, with weather and the holidays being factors. <br /> I can not say enough good things about Chris, John, and Brandon. They all seemed to take pride in giving me the best workmanship that they could. The deck is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job. I will use them again if I need to build anything else. I will enthusiastically recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Chis, John, and Brandon for the amazing job you did for me."
