I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. They even shine flashlights on the ceiling and walls to find these imperfections. Then they scrub down the walls with a giant dry mop-head. Next, they clean the baseboard moldings with a brush. Then, they start by priming all the surfaces first. Then they apply 2 coats of the highest quality paint. Wes is always accessible. They are fully insured and offer a very strong warranty.
