"I got in touch with this company to get a quote for my house for seeding and placing flowers on my garden bed. This company was not available on a Tuesday and I adjusted my schedule as the company said they will be here to look at the project on a Saturday between 11 to 12p. I was waiting and no one came, no one told me from this company if they will be coming over, are they going to be late or not. How bad is it to communicate? I will understand and adjust my schedule if they would have communicated in advance. Obviously, they have bad communication with customers. Never again... "
