"I'll start with the positives. The experience with John in Sales was excellent, as was the experience with Nate in Finance. The crew was also excellent - working in some pretty terrible cold weather including a Sunday in the snow! The roof took longer than expected due to the weather, but the job appears to have been done very well. Now for the only negative, The Project Manager assigned to my job wasn't the best. At times he was very communicative, and other times he was unresponsive. All in all I would recommend this firm and would use them again in the future."

"Can’t say enough good things about Mike! Requested a quote through Angie’s List and heard back from him within 24 hours. We had water coming into our basement during hard rain due to not having window wells installed and we wanted to get them put in ASAP. Mike came by to take a look the day he called and he fit us in the next day. He and my husband did the work together which saved a lot of time and money. Mike was extremely positive, enthusiastic, and generally a pleasure to be around! We have a few more jobs around the house we need done and will definitely be calling him again."

"I supposedly won their contest at the State College Home Show 2022 for $1200 certificate. Rep came out and knew nothing about giving me the prize I won. Should have seen this as red flag. Window and entry door replaced anyway. Like the window. BUT, the door has major air draft coming in down the side and across the bottom. Have been calling repeatedly for 2 months leaving multiple messages- no return call since back in October. Company sent me letter 11/30 and called me that evening trying to get me to hire them to do more work. Assured me they would send someone to correct problem with initial work. Still have not received phone call or service visit from anyone in this company. Don't enter their contests at Home shows- I think they use this as way to get into your home to sell you their company when you haven't really won anything. and don't hire them to do any work. They will not fix any problems!!"

"Don't hire these guys! Learn from my mistake. I spoke with Zach Clapper in October of 2021 about installing a new metal roof on my home. He seemed like a good guy that could be trusted and seem to know a lot about Roofing, and they also had the best price in comparison with other people in the area. I went ahead and hired them they came quite quickly they installed my roof on November 17th 2021 I had them put a metal roof on my entire home and they had it done within 3 hours. It looks good and I was pleased with the job. Before hiring Zach Clapper and RCS I made sure to ask about how the warranty worked. He told me it was a lifetime warranty if I ever had a leak or any issue from the metal roof that they would come and fix it . The one thing that caught my eyes in the warranty he did mention that they do not cover water damage inside the home. Which concern me because if they installed the roofing incorrectly and there's a bunch of water damage it would be on me to pay for it. He assured me that I would just need to notify them within 30 days of noticing the leak oh, and he also stated that the state requires them to fix any inside damage up to the first year of installation, and after that I will always have the lifetime warranty if there was ever an issue and so on. On November 12 2022 I noticed a leak coming from my kitchen ceiling I contacted them right away. After verifying who I was Zach Clapper apologized for the issue I was having and said he would send someone down that week to look at it and fix it. I contacted him again on November 17th 2022 which was the official year-to-date since it was installed. I asked when someone was going to be down because I didn't want to wait too long because more damage would happen to my ceiling. He told me that they tried to send someone down but it was too wet to get on the roof and that he would check out the weather to figure out a day to come down and do it. I waited until after Thanksgiving to contact them again on the 26th we had some good weather no snow no rain and told him it was clear and when I could expect them to come and I heard nothing in response. I also tried calling I left voice messages I emailed his personal email I emailed the business I texted both numbers that were available to me I received no reply at all I waited until the following Monday the 28th to contact again and ask when he can get somebody down here to fix this and I got the same thing no reply. I tried contacting the next several days and received nothing. I feel like he was leading me on until I got to the year to date on November 17th 2022 even though they offer a lifetime warranty I believe this is just a scam they obviously had no intentions of correcting whatever is wrong with the roof. I'm now contacting the Pennsylvania Labor Board and anybody else I have to, so please rethink hiring these guys, for your own well-being! At the point of this review it's been 20 days since I notified them, 20 days of a leaking roof and water damage to my ceiling, and I can't hire anybody else to fix this because then it voids their warranty so that also could be a reason why they are non-responsive so you'll go elsewhere and they get off scot-free."
