When, what I thought was simply an uncomplicated stucco repair and replacement project, Mr. Kotarja showed me in great detail, why and how the foundation of a very old house, needed to be strengthened and reinforced first, with cider blocks and cement before the stucco work could be started. Despite a few days of rainy, non-workable weather, Mr. Kotarja and his associates persistently stayed with the project to its conclusion. All phases of the project were completed to my total satisfaction."
