"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. It has been almost two months now since Henry and Matt installed our new HVAC system (they both were friendly and did an excellent job) and we are truly enjoying it. With a new baby in the house, it is a relief to have this new unit and ability to cool down our house quickly and efficiently. I know it is a lot interviewing and getting quotes from different HVAC companies - it is a big investment. This company truly stood out for us and were able to work with our budget and our needs for our home. They were the only company who proposed how we could add an additional vent to allow more airflow, and to redo the duct work to the proper sizing for our house and up to code. "I was fortunate to find Doug Heath through the Service Magic website. After having several issues with a different company, I decided to look for someone else to clean and maintain my heating system in my new home, and I'm glad I did. Doug was knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly, punctual and professional. He was at my home on time, and walked me through every step of the process. He even installed a programmable thermostat I had for a fair price. Overall, his prices were good, and his workmanship was even better. "John Ferris was my angel from Heaven, He was the first one that called me within minutes of me filling the form on line. He had empathy for situation. Two of us and the dog in danger with 92 degrees for 2 weeks. Both adults with severe medical conditions and the dog patting all the time. I thought I was going to lose my dog to the heat. There should be more John Ferris out there."

"After the dreaded heater shut down, I called Air Plus Mechanical and Mike was there within 2 hours. Slightly over an hour later we were up and running. We also discussed uneven heating in my 55 year old home. Mike made an adjustment and the sytem was working much better. Two days later both Mike & Tim stopped by to review my system, including a thorough evaluation of the duct work. They provided several suggestions to try to improve my existing system and DID NOT try to sell me a new unit. Their approach of trying to maximaize my existing system and minimize my cost was amazing. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and the typical response is "you need a new system". Mike & Tim are a throw back and were here to help the consumer and I would rate them 5 Plus stars."
