"The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Parkyn Landscaping. This is my second time using their services and both times I have been extremely impressed with how professional and timely they are. We hired Tyler last year to prep our back yard and install sod. The results were great and we were extremely happy with the results. This year, we decided we wanted to start a garden in our back yard and due to the maintenance required to upkeep the grass we decided to remove the sod and convert it to a turf surface. We contacted Tyler for a quote and received an estimate for the cost. We did some additional research and determined the quote was fair and in line with competitors for the service. "Work did take some time to schedule... But they were VERY upfront about that from day 1. All the work is done by the family so this summer posed a lot of challenges with all the rain etc. Beth was in pretty constant communication letting me know of their expected schedule and she was very responsive with questions etc. The crew was great - the project posed some challenges in that the previous home owner did all of the previous work himself so the patio wasn’t level etc... they had some great problem solving solutions that ended up looking great! All the way through it was clear Atilla had my satisfaction in mind and strived to make me happy with the end result. We decided to replace the railing after day 2 - he was able to facilitate that replacement for me with another local vendor which was awesome. There was even a situation where the concrete truck crushed part of the driveway by accident - they came out and fixed it no questions asked and did a great job. I could not be more thrilled and pleased with the end result and how wonderful Artisan was to work with!! I would recommend them to any one of my neighbors. A++"
