"Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again."

"The fence was installed by someone that Ace Fence subcontracts with to do installation of their product. Although I was pleased with the overall installation of the fence, I was not pleased that Ace Fence Company did not have their own installation crew to do the work. After installation, I found 15 boards that were not nailed in all positions and a couple of sub-par boards that were installed. Ace Fence did send someone out to finish the nailing and replacement of the boards . If I were to do another fence, I would prefer to work with a company that does their own installation. <br />"

"Pros <br /> The estimated cost was very close to actual costs for both materials and labor.  They not only removed the old posts but dug up and removed the old concrete holding the posts.  That was a real tough job, especially in the hot summer sun.  The workers were pleasant and respectful of our property.  They also were very kind to help chase down our neighbor's dog that got away while the fence was down. They even hauled away, along with the old fence and concrete, an old grill and satellite dish. <br /> Cons <br /> The weather was very hot (90-100 degrees) and humid.  The work was done as asked for but I was glad I was home while the work was being done because the builder "forgot" some of the agreed upon work and wanted to take a shortcut or two to get done quicker.  Clean up was not as thorough as I'd have liked and they did not fill in some of the holes left after the removal of the old posts and concrete as they had agreed to do. <br /> However, as far as I'm concerned, the pros far out weighed the cons.  All in all, I am happy with the work and the new fence. <br />"
