"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

"If you want immaculate service and exceptional work done then hire Gabriel! He is so awesome! He truly cares about his work and you can tell. He makes sure it’s done exactly how you like it. I had some doors that I needed hung, but my house is crooked and he went above and beyond to make sure they were right. Then he stayed extra to put on the handles, which wasn’t even part of the agreement. Not only that, but he made two trips out to my house because he needed to go back for a different tool which was my fault, not his, without charging me more. "I'm very sad this didn't work out. This is my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I was hoping for better. I paid $275 for a basic cleaning after moving out. I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."

"Two men showed up to mount a new microwave over my stove in place of the microwave that had stopped working. I thought 12 years was pretty good for a microwave. They appreciated that since it was the same manufacturer and almost the same model to replace, that I had both installation books. I considered the time it took about average. I appreciated their good manners and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. "
